Our brokerage just released its latest quarterly report on the industrial real estate market in the GTA, with the overview written by yours truly. It's a great read if you lease an industrial building or own an industrial building, and especially if you're looking to transact in the next 12 months such as acquiring more space or selling your property.
This report highlights the phenomenon we're seeing currently in the market which I like to call 'a tale of two markets'. While the leasing market continues to show weakness and has not yet hit its bottom, the sales market is starting to show some signs of life.
